About
The project aims to conduct two main activities: Monitoring and maintenance at the existing restoration sites – rangeland ecosystem and monitoring and maintenance at the existing restoration sites – rainfed ecosystem.
Impact
Goals
Under the two main activities planned, the project aims to maintain Marab and some gully plugs at the Vallerani restored site and of water harvesting structures.. The project also aims to monitor the restored sites, soil moisture at theKhanasri Research Site (KRS) and soil moisture at the Badia Research Site (BRS).
Objectives
The project aims to enhance local community capacity on the importance of rainwater harvesting (RWH) and methods through meetings and field visits.
Impact pathways
The project will involve various groups such as local community (farm owners and local community-based organizations and landowners.
