Having recognized the convergence of the objectives and realized the need for a collaborative pragram-Ievel efforts in the fields of mutual interest as determined by the priorities of the ISRA and JCARDA and the comparative advantages and resources, both parties agree to further enter into a Research Collaboration Agreement (Sub-agreement) titled, "ADDRESSING SDG15 IN THE SAHEL BY BUILDING PATHWAYS FOR TRANSFORMING FOOD AND LAND SYSTEMS IN A CLIMATE CRISIS: ACTIVITY 1 - DEFINING CLIMATIC FACTORS DRIVING FARMING SYSTEM DECISIONS.
