Open access

ICARDA is fully committed to Open Access (OA) initiatives – providing users with immediate, unrestricted, and free online access to our information products, and ensuring that any re-use of this content is also unrestricted, subject to proper attribution. OA offers several benefits: maximizing access to research; increasing visibility and recognition; enhancing scientific knowledge; and generating more impact so we can fulfill our mission of enhancing resilient livelihoods in the dry areas.

ICARDA’s OA policy and strategy reflect the CGIAR Open Access and Data Management Policy and the CGIAR Open Access and Data Management Implementation Guidelines.

ICARDA’s Publication Guidelines also support the free flow of information and contribute to the sharing and verification of the Center’s research findings.
