Fatten Khudershah
Fatten Khudershah is the Knowledge Management Assistant at ICARDA’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Team and is based in Syria. Fatten started her work with MEL in 2021 as Knowledge Products Curator. Her work focuses on digitalizing data assets from ICARDA offices and storage on the ICARDA repository with metadata. In addition, she translates FAO-AGROVOC concepts to Arabic and conducts data curation of the information uploaded to MEL, including but not limited to registered partner institutions, ORCID IDs, media handles and links, and other validated and pre-listed information in MEL for the Middle East and North Africa Regions.
Before joining the MEL team, she worked for ICARDA in 2006 as Documentalist at the Library of ICARDA for Communication, Documentation, and Information Services.
Fatten holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Engineering from Aleppo University in Syria. She speaks English and Arabic.
